Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you have taken, or a third party representative of you who is not the carrier, possession of the goods.

To execute your right of cancellation, you must contact us (Bartlomiej Kruczek, Heiligenhauser Str. 26, 40599 Dusseldorf, info@er-light.com, Phone: (+49)1711410991 ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw this contract. You may use the attached template of withdrawal form, but it is not compulsory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your information concerning the execution of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery than that offered by us), and repay within the fourteen days counting from the date on which we have received the notice about your cancellation of the contract. For this repayment we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged for the repayment.

We pick up the goods. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods when such loss in value appeared due to Your unproper useage of the goods within the fourteen days of revocation period .
